How should I store my Liber & Co. syrups?
To maintain peak freshness, please refrigerate our syrups after opening. While they are shelf-stable before opening, refrigeration ensures the delicate botanical flavors remain vibrant for up to 6-12 months.
Are your products non-alcoholic?
Yes, all of our syrups and cordials are non-alcoholic. They are designed as concentrated mixers to be used with spirits for cocktails or with soda water for sophisticated mocktails.
What is your shipping policy for fragile glass bottles?
We take great care in packaging our glass bottles using custom-molded protective inserts. In the rare event that a bottle arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us immediately for a free replacement.
Do you use artificial flavors or high fructose corn syrup?
Never. We pride ourselves on using real fruit juices, cane sugar, and natural botanicals. We do not use high fructose corn syrup or artificial coloring in any of our products.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy on food items?
Due to the food-based nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out so we can make it right.
